Firstly, you will need to fill out the registration letter to get a unique username and password before you can use GP services online.

You can print this out, complete it and hand it into reception

OR

You can fill out the registration letter on your computer, then email it attaching two forms of identification (for example, copies or pictures of your Driving License/Passport/Utility Bill) to nencicb-ng.thewhickhampractice@nhs.net

Once registered, you can log in and easily book and cancel appointments online, order repeat medication, message your GP and more.
