My role is to provide an efficient telephone and face to face reception service to patients. The Reception team are here to help, and to get you the help you need as quickly as possible. I joined the practice in April 2024, having previously worked as an appointments coordinator and a clinical administrator for the Institute Of Genetic Medicine at the Centre for Life in Newcastle. I work four days a week.
