Hi, I’m Alison, The Whickham Practice’s Systems Manager.

Bio

I am responsible for the technology and systems we use at the practice. This covers

everything from telephones and computers to to our call handling system and how we safely and securely hold patient data on our systems. I also look at ways we can use technology and digital channels to improve the service we offer patients.
