The Your Health page of the NHS App is where you can view and manage your personal health information.
The options might vary, but sections you see can include:
- Your GP health record
- Past and upcoming appointments
- Prescriptions
- Test results
- Care plans
- Health choices, including organ donation and how your health data is used
