In my role, I oversee various business operations within the practice to ensure optimal patient care and overall efficiency. This includes managing human resources, finance, patient safety, facility and equipment maintenance, and information technology. I collaborate with the wider management team to assist clinical and non-clinical staff in providing cost-effective and safe services and the improvement of patient care through the development of additional services and collaboration with other providers. I have worked in General Practice since 2001 and started as a medical receptionist.  I have worked within the practice management team since 2007, and have been a Practice Manager since 2014. I joined The Whickham Practice in February 2024.
